I apologise for not responding sooner. I have been in discussion with the
people who are the office-bearers of the non-profit internet organisation I
am a member of (meaning 'APANA' - "http://www.apana.org.au") to seek advice
from our legal representatives.

Any further commentary on alleged trademark issues and the views of the
CoS RTC with regard to the domain name and associated website will be
withheld until we (meaning myself and the APANA office-bearers) have fully
explored the issues and allegations you have raised.

As the authorised license holder for the scientology.com.au domain name, I
am at liberty to decide how the said domain name is utilised. I have no
intention to relingquish the license to the domain name at this time, and
the website associated with the domain name will remain in place while we
(meaning myself and the APANA office-bearers) study your allegations
further.
