Dear Craig,
We are in receipt of your letter dated 26 August 2003, and have forwarded a
copy to our client.
In light of your concerns that you have had insufficient time to consider
the contents of our letter to you dated 21 August 2003, our client is
agreeable to extending the response deadline to 12pm (noon) Friday 29 August
2003.
We therefore, look forward to receiving your response to the undertakings
stipulated in our letter of 21 August 2003 (a further copy of which is
attached) prior to this extended deadline.
